Kwila stairs in awkward spaces
The client had two decking areas with a steep bank between them. Time to break out the math and design stairs that weren’t ugly and didn’t block the bedroom window.

Fence and washing line installed
We installed a fence and washing line to ready an ex-show home for rental.
Fireplace rust removed and repainted
Wood burner fireplace repaired after a roof leak during a storm. We also managed to find the source of the leak and fixed that at the same time!
Damaged door repaired
After a rogue ride-on mower damaged the door on this spectacular house we were called to make the door secure, which was done within 2 hours.
We then undertook repairs to the door frame, replaced the damaged deadbolt and re-stained the door and repainted the internal trim.
Paving
Damaged doorway paving removed and replaced. All done without needing access to the house or disturbing the tenant. We use a generator and bring our own water supply so we don’t need the tenant to be home.
